DYN Multimedia Group provides digital media, creative, and web-based services. Due to the nature of custom creative work, payments made for services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refunds, if issued, are provided at the sole discretion of DYN Multimedia Group and are subject to internal review and approval.
All refund matters undergo an internal review process prior to approval.
Where a refund is approved:
The total refundable amount will be confirmed in writing.
A structured refund schedule may be established.
Refunds may be issued in installments depending on project history, payment structure, and internal processing procedures.
Approval of a refund does not constitute an admission of fault or liability.
Refunds are issued exclusively through DYN Multimedia Group’s official business payment channels for documentation, security, and compliance purposes.
Physical cash refunds are not issued.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate payment details. DYN Multimedia Group is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect account information provided by the client.
Upon completion of an approved refund in full, the associated project will be considered formally closed. No further services, claims, disputes, or obligations shall remain between the client and DYN Multimedia Group related to that specific project, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Projects that remain inactive or unresponsive for extended periods may be considered dormant. Refund eligibility for dormant or abandoned projects is determined at the discretion of DYN Multimedia Group following review of project history and communications.
DYN Multimedia Group reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of a submitted refund authorization shall apply.
