Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of DYN Multimedia Group’s website, software, and services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

DYN Multimedia Group provides:

Smart websites
AI and automation systems
Creative and technical services
Consulting and digital infrastructure tools

Services, features, and offerings may evolve over time.

2. Use of Services

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Use services lawfully
Not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with our systems

DYN reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for misuse.

3. Client Content

You retain ownership of content you provide (logos, copy, images, data).

You grant DYN a limited license to use this content solely for the purpose of delivering agreed services.

4. Payments, Deposits & Refunds

Fees, setup costs, and payment schedules are agreed upon prior to service delivery.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

A non‑refundable deposit, typically 50% of the total project fee, is required prior to commencement of work.

Project scheduling, resource allocation, research, planning, and preliminary work may begin upon receipt of the initial agreed payment.

Deposits and payments become non‑refundable once work has commenced.

In certain cases, alternative installment arrangements may be approved at DYN Multimedia Group’s discretion. Approval of installment payments does not alter refund eligibility once work has begun.

Approved refunds, if any, are issued at DYN’s discretion following internal review and may be structured in installments.

Late or failed payments may result in paused or terminated services.

Chargebacks initiated without prior written dispute resolution may result in immediate service termination and collection action.

5. Project Scope & Revisions

Services are limited to the scope agreed upon in writing.

Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.

Failure to provide necessary materials, feedback, or approvals may delay project timelines.

Projects inactive for extended periods may be classified as dormant and subject to reassessment.

6. Intellectual Property

All systems, frameworks, automation workflows, code structures, and proprietary methodologies created by DYN remain the intellectual property of DYN unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive usage rights only and do not obtain ownership of underlying systems or proprietary frameworks.

7. AI & Automation Disclaimer

AI tools are designed to assist—not replace—human judgment.

DYN is not responsible for:

Business decisions made solely based on AI-generated outputs
Third-party platform outages, API changes, or service interruptions

No guarantee is made regarding specific business results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

DYN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with agreed terms.

Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

Upon termination, access to systems or services may be revoked.

10. Independent Contractor Status

DYN operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship.

11. Force Majeure

DYN shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, internet outages, platform disruptions, or government actions.
